Body weight has an effect on health and hence it’s very important that it is balanced as per your height and age.

There are lots of factors which needs to be considered when you want to have healthy body- eating habits, physical activities, genes, medical conditions etc.

It’s always good to aspire for better things in life and try to improve with what you have now.

Some wants to reduce weight and some want to gain whereas some wants to maintain, focus on what you have in your plate and try to eat healthy food and in proportion.

The 3 pillars of good health:

  1. Food– eating well balanced diet is very important. Eat healthy and be healthy. Eat Local and seasonal food.
  2. Exercise – You must move your body as much as possible. Go for cycling, walk, climb stairs. Add physical workout in your daily routine. Also, 150 mins of exercise every week should be the goal.
  3. Sleep – Good sleep is crucial for ensuring that you recover from exercise and that the food you ate can give you the nutrition you need. It plays a big role in hormonal imbalance. 8 hrs of sleep is very important to have a healthy body and mind.
