Quick and easy low calories breakfast recipes

We all crave for tasty dishes but if that is also healthy. I have listed down some of the tasty, easy and healthy recipes.

  1. Avocado Toast – Quick and healthy recipe with around 250 calories.

    • Ingredients : Ripe Avocado, 1 slice Wheat bread, 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/4 lemon, salt.
    • Procedure :
      • Mash avocado, add chopped onion, tomato and squeeze lemon and salt as per taste.
      • Take a slice of bread and cut into two pieces
      • Put a pan on medium flame.
      • Spread Avocado paste over the bread
      • Cook the bread with the avocado from one side only

Avocado Toast is ready!!!!!

2. Egg Pizza – Quick healthy egg pizza recipe with less carbohydrate and low calories around 170.

  • Ingredients : 1 full egg, 2 egg white, 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/2 capsicum, 1/2 green chilli, black pepper, salt.
  • Procedure :
    • Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.
    • Put a pan on medium flame
    • Spray oil just once
    • Cook it from one side
    • Add chopped vegetables
    • Garnish it with oregano and chilli flakes
    • Enjoy your low carb Pizza!!

3. Veggie roll – Lots of minerals, vitamins and protein rich Veggie roll, around 310 calories.

  • Ingredients : 50 gram paneer, 1/2 chopped capsicum, 1/2 chopped onion, corn, 1/2 chopped tomatoes, 1 green chilli, salt and black pepper.
  • Procedure :
    • Put a pan on medium flame and add one spoon oil.
    • Add all chopped vegetables
    • Add Paneer
    • Add salt and black pepper
    • Make a chapati
    • Add these cooked vegetables in the chapati and roll it
    • Quick easy and healthy Roll is ready!!!
