Step by Step guide to perform Inchworm
Step 1: Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart.
Step 2: Hinge your body forward and reach your arms down toward the ground.
Step 3: Walk your hands out in front of you along the floor, keeping your feet in place.
Step 4:Walk with your hands till you enter a plank-like position, hold it for a second.
Step 5:Start walking back towards your feet & finally return to a standing position.
